About this activity
Ages: 6-15 yearsThe objective of Level 5 is to refine the performance of all strokes: freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, elementary backstroke, and sidestroke. Swimmers will swim the entire length of the pool and are introduced to flip turns. Successful swimmers will demonstrate effectiveness and efficiency in all strokes.
