Open Water Swim Clinic at Rosewood Beach

Ages: 16+Join Tim Johnson, a USAT Coach, for Open Water Swim Clinics at The Cove, located at Rosewood Beach. This 9-week program is tailored to enhance your skills as an open water swimmer. The initial 3 weeks will focus on building endurance, speed, sighting and refining technique at the indoor pool Park Fitness. The concluding 6 weeks will consolidate all aspects as we transition to Lake Michigan for practical application.With emphasis placed on safety, swimmers will be partnered up to do swim drills. Buoys will be used to mark designated areas as well to practice sighting and turns.
