About this activity
Ages: 6-15 yearsThe objective of Level 2 is to give swimmers success with fundamental skills. Swimmers learn to float without support and to recover to a vertical position. Swimmers develop simultaneous and alternating arm and leg actions on the front and back to lay the foundation for future strokes. When swimmers successfully complete this level, they should be increasingly confident in the water.
