About this activity
Ages: 6-15 yearsThe objective of Level 3 is to build on previously learned skills by providing additional guided practice. Swimmers will learn survival floats, freestyle, and elementary backstroke. Swimmers are introduced to backstroke, breaststroke kicks, scissors kicks, dolphin kicks and build the fundamentals of treading water.
