Green 1 is for junior players with limited tennis experience. Class is taught using a green dot ball and focuses on developing sending and receiving skills, sound footwork, and racket mechanics, while integrating athleticism from other sports. Players learn proper positioning for executing groundstrokes and volleys, purposeful hitting, serving, and sustaining rallies.
