Ages: 6-15 yearsThe objective of Level 1 is to learn basic personal water safety skills to help swimmers feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely. When successfully completing this level, Swimmers will be comfortable getting in, moving freely through the water, and be willing to put their face and head in the water repeatedly.
