Distance Running Camp

소개

Grades: 5th-8th GradeDevelops running ability and passion for the sport. A great opportunity for middle school cross country runners to prepare for their season. Strongly recommended for those interested in running when they reach high school, as the same training program is used by the HPHS cross country and track teams. Builds endurance and speed as well as improving each child’s work ethic and self-esteem.
